the real problem

You're not failing. You're missing the decoder.

The books teach you the model. The classes explain the theory. Nobody gives you the exact sentence to say when she's on the grocery store floor at 4:47 PM and everyone is watching. That's not a knowledge gap. It's a translation gap — from theory to the sentence you need in three seconds.

The 12:47 AM Google search.
"Am I doing this all wrong?" You've typed those exact words. More than once. This week.
Your third parenting book this year.
Two chapters in. Brilliant on theory. Silent at 4:47 PM when she's on the floor and everyone is watching.
The 3-hour spiral after every meltdown.
She melts down. You "handle it" wrong. You replay it until 11 PM. Then it happens again tomorrow.
You say one thing. He says another. Grandma says something else.
She's hearing five different responses to the same behavior. That's why nothing sticks.
Mom on her phone at midnight after a hard evening
12:47 AM. The blue light. The same search bar. Again.
The reason toddler behavior feels unmanageable isn't a lack of love — it's that you're missing the 5-element structure she's already using to communicate. Once you see it, every meltdown is decodable in seconds.

The 5-Element
Decoder Framework

That gap — between knowing how to read the moment and knowing what to say inside it — is what The Decoder was built to close. Five moving parts. Read them, and the sentence writes itself.
Informed by published research from Perry, Porges, and Tronick.

I
The trigger

What loaded the moment before it started.

Not what she's saying. The underlying state — hunger, transition fatigue, overstimulation — that made the moment almost inevitable.

II
The signal

The physical or verbal proxy.

The behavior on the surface — the "I need water," the hit, the fall to the floor — is her shorthand for something she can't yet articulate.

III
The need

The connection cue she can't ask for.

The specific thing she's missing right now — predictable order, brief presence, gentle pressure, a lowered voice, a bounded no.

IV
The script

The exact sentence, tone, and position.

One line — pre-written, verbatim. The tone below her eye line. The position: kneel, an arm's length, still. Ready in three seconds.

V
The repair

The quiet five minutes that teach her most.

What to do in the silence after — the moment your body finishes what your words started. Tronick's rupture-repair, translated into muscle memory.

Every parenting book gives you element four, half-explained. The Decoder gives you all five — every scenario, every time.

why this is different

Not another parenting course.
A tool. Built for the 8 seconds you actually have.

Every parenting brand on Instagram sells you a 55-minute video course. You watch it once, take notes, forget it, and when she's screaming at 4:47 PM you're back to guessing.

The Decoder isn't a course. It's an operational tool. You open it during the meltdown. Tap the trigger. Get the exact sentence. Say it. That's the whole product.

The others

55-minute video courses

  • Watch once, take notes, forget most of it
  • Theory-heavy, "just be more patient"
  • Unreachable at 2 AM when you actually need it
  • $95–$197

  • Open. Tap. Get the sentence. Say it.
  • Zero fluff — every script grounded in Perry's published science

The audio guides are 30–60 seconds. Not a lecture — a coach whispering the technique while your hands are full. The PDFs are for later — when the storm is over and you want to understand why it worked.

[Success] Finally understand why bedtime was hell every night

Been struggling with my 2.5yo for 6 months. Books, parenting coach, gentle parenting podcasts — nothing was translating to actual sentences to say in the moment.

Someone in my mom group linked this app called Toddler Decoder ($27). It's basically 30 scenarios with the exact script + why it works (Perry sequence). Applied ONE thing — the "predictable order" script at bedtime — and she's asleep in 12 min instead of 90.

Not a paid post, I just wish I'd known about it 6 months ago instead of buying 3 masterclasses.

Sooo… I bought the toddler decoder
the reason wasn't even the scripts. it was the PUSHBACK thing
like every book gives you the "perfect line" but leaves you when the kid pushes back and says "NO"
this one literally has 90 pre-written comebacks. bedtime one — she said "i hate you" and I opened the app and read "you can be angry. i love you the same. still bedtime." verbatim. she started crying and hugged me
wait what 😭😭
I know. $27. best money I've spent this year no exaggeration

Anyone else use the Toddler Decoder app? losing my mind

I'm not being paid to say this — I googled "how to stop yelling at my toddler" at 1 AM and someone had linked this in an old thread.

It's not a course. It's a tool. Like literally you open it when she starts melting down and it tells you what to say. The public tantrum script ("I hear you're upset. We're going to the car. Then we can talk.") kept me from crying in Target yesterday.

Edit: $27 launch price for 30 scenarios + audio guides + 3 PDF bonuses. If it saves me from ONE more parenting course it paid for itself.

the person who built this

I didn't set out to build a product.
I built it for me first — then opened the door.

I moved to Italy from the States a few years ago. Fell in love with someone here, got married, and eventually there were three small people in the house who needed things from me all day long. My husband works. A lot. Some weeks he's gone before I'm awake and back after they're asleep. Which meant on most days, when the hard moments arrived — and they always arrived at 7 PM — I was the one who had to figure out what to do.

I remember one night in particular. It was around 7:43 PM. My youngest had been escalating for eleven minutes. I'd tried the calm voice. I'd tried the redirect. I'd tried the thing I'd read in a book that morning, the one that was supposed to work. And I felt that familiar tightening in my chest — the one that means I'm three seconds from saying something I'll spend two hours regretting.

That night I understood something. The books were never designed for 7:43 PM. They give you a model. They leave the translation — from model to exact sentence under pressure — entirely to you. And under stress, translation is exactly where it breaks down.

So I stopped trying to become a better mother by reading more, and I started building the sentence itself. The exact one. In the tone that works. From the position that works. With three ready alternatives for when she doesn't respond the first time — because she often doesn't. I built it backwards from the moment the words disappear.

The first night I used it, my son was asleep in nineteen minutes. My parenting hadn't changed. I just had the exact words loaded before the moment asked for them. That was the only difference. And once I saw it, I knew this wasn't going to stay something only I used.

Questions & Answers · Vol. 01
before you buy

What every mom asks
before buying.

Q. What if my toddler talks back, or the script doesn't land? +
A.

This is the #1 objection every book ignores — and where the Decoder is built differently. Every scenario includes the Pushback System: 3 pre-written parent responses to the 3 most likely toddler comebacks ("But I'm not tired," "I hate you," "Just one more…"). 90 total across 30 scenarios. Plus an alternate script + repair language. You never get stranded at "she said no, now what?"

Q. My child is 4, not 2. Will this still work? +
A.

Yes. Scripts are structured for 18 months to 5 years. Older kids need the same kind of predictable structure (Perry's Regulate → Relate → Reason is age-independent); the language complexity in each script scales naturally.

Q. What if my partner won't use the same scripts? +
A.

Every purchase includes the Caregiver Sync Sheet™ bonus — a printable with the 12 core scripts everyone in her circle should know. Print. Fridge. Done. Grandma's on board too.

Q. Is this going to blame me for being triggered? +
A.

Opposite. There's a dedicated SOS Storm Mode — 5 one-tap emergency techniques with audio, matched to how you feel ("one breath from yelling," "heart racing," "frozen," "checked out," "spinning"). No reading during the meltdown. Plus 10 more techniques (pre-storm + post-storm) inside the main guide. It treats you like an adult who's tired — not a project.

Q. Is this an app or a PDF? +
A.

Both. The app is the core — installable on iPhone and Android, works fully offline, opens with one tap. The 3 PDF bonuses (Sleep Regression, Caregiver Sync, Repair Protocol) are downloadable printables. You get both — instant delivery after checkout.

Q. How is this different from Big Little Feelings / Good Inside / Solid Starts? +
A.

Those are courses — 55–90 minutes of video you watch once, forget, and can't reach in the moment. This is a tool. You open it during the meltdown. It gives you the exact sentence. Different format, different job. Also $27 launch (reg. $47) vs $95–197.

Q. Do I get a refund if I don't like it? +
A.

30 days, full refund, no explanation required. Email and it's processed within 48 hours. Keep every script, every audio, every PDF. Zero risk on your side.

Q. Why only $27 launch? +
A.

Digital product, no inventory, no subscription, no ad budget going to influencers. Standard price is $47. Founder Edition launch price is $27 — our thank-you for being early. When the launch closes it goes back to $47.
