REFUND POLICY

OUR 30-DAY PROMISE

We stand behind The Toddler Decoder™. If for any reason you're not
satisfied with your purchase, we'll refund you in full — no questions
asked — within 30 days of the original purchase date.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email sarah@toddlerdecoder.com from the address you used to purchase,
including your order number. We process approved refunds within 5
business days. The amount is credited back to the original payment
method (Klarna, credit card, PayPal).

WHAT'S COVERED

The 30-day guarantee applies to:
· The Toddler Decoder™ core method (app + PDF)
· Any add-ons purchased in the same order (Extended Script Pack™,
  Hard Cases Vault™, bonus materials)

NATURE OF THE PRODUCT

The Toddler Decoder™ is a digital product delivered instantly via
license key upon completion of your order. By purchasing, you consent
to immediate access and acknowledge that, in certain jurisdictions,
this means waiving your statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Our
30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to, and is more
generous than, most statutory rights.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer
protection law, including:

· United States — Federal Trade Commission Act and applicable state
  consumer protection laws
· European Union — Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent
  national implementations (including Italy's Codice del Consumo)
· United Kingdom — Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
  Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
· Australia — Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and
  Consumer Act 2010
· New Zealand — Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
· Canada — federal and provincial consumer protection laws

If your local law provides you with greater protection than this
policy, the greater protection applies automatically.

FRAUD AND ABUSE

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in clear cases of abuse,
including but not limited to: repeated purchase-and-refund cycles,
evidence of resale or redistribution of downloaded materials, or
transactions flagged as fraudulent. In such cases we may also close
the associated account.

Refund exclusions

Refunds are void if the digital product, PDF files, or app access codes delivered with your purchase have been shared, redistributed, resold, or accessed outside the account of the original purchaser (the email address used at checkout). Every purchase is linked to the buyer's email at the time of delivery, and misuse detected on our end (shared codes, files posted publicly, concurrent multi-user access) results in immediate revocation of app access and cancellation of any pending refund request. By completing checkout, you confirm you have read and accepted these conditions.
